Runs on the agency's computer
Leads, messages and replies stay in files on the agency's machine. We don't host them and never receive them.
Checked before anything goes out
Every email or text passes opt-out, do-not-contact, daily-limit and duplicate checks first. The agency writes the wording and sets the schedule.
Consent first for texts
Relay asks permission before any text follow-up, and a STOP reply ends texting to that number for good.
