How to join Harbor Desk test texts
Harbor Desk Systems texts only people who asked for it in writing and then confirmed by replying YES. There is no public list, and no number is ever bought, shared or added without that request.
Step 1 — ask in writing
Email harbordesksystems@gmail.com from your own address with your mobile number and this statement (the link fills it in for you):
Harbor Desk adds the number to its Relay test list only after that email arrives, and keeps the email as the record of consent.
Step 2 — confirm by text
The first message is a permission request. Nothing else is sent unless you reply YES:
From (636) 268-1173Hi Jake, this is Jake Young with Harbor Desk Systems. I put together the insurance quote you asked for. Is it OK if I text you about it? Reply YES to say yes. Reply STOP any time to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.
After a YES, the test sends at most one follow-up, for example:

Stopping and help
- Reply STOP at any time. You get one confirmation and nothing after that.
