Harbor Desk Systems LLC ("Harbor Desk", "we") makes Relay, software that an insurance agency installs and runs on its own computer. This page explains what information we handle and what we do with it.
This website
This site has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) for security.
Information we receive
- When you email us: your name, email address and what you write. We use it only to reply and to support you.
- When an agency buys Relay: the business name, a contact name and email, the license we issue, and invoices.
- Relay itself: the leads, messages and replies an agency works with stay on that agency's computer. Harbor Desk does not host, receive or keep a copy of them.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging
Harbor Desk sends text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, as described in our Text messaging terms. We use your mobile number only to send those messages and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
The one exception is the texting provider that delivers our messages (Twilio), which receives a number only to deliver a message to it.
How long we keep information
Business and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires. Emails and texting records are kept while they are needed for support, and opt-out records are kept so that an opt-out is always honored.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email harbordesksystems@gmail.com. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
