SMS Terms
These SMS Terms cover text messages from Harbor Desk Systems LLC (the Harbor Desk Systems test messages program). Message and data rates may apply.
- Program
- Harbor Desk Systems test messages
- Who sends them
- Harbor Desk Systems LLC, from its Relay software
- Who receives them
- Only Harbor Desk personnel and testers who asked in writing to receive them (how to join). We never text a purchased or shared list.
- What they are
- Test messages that check Relay's texting works end to end: a request for permission, a short follow-up about an insurance quote, replies, and the automatic STOP and HELP answers.
- How often
- Message frequency varies; usually fewer than 10 messages a month.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply.
How people agree
A tester first asks in writing (an email to Harbor Desk with their mobile number and the consent statement — see how to join). Only then is the number added to Relay's test list. The first text asks permission, says who is texting and how to opt out; nothing else is sent unless they reply YES.
Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or email harbordesksystems@gmail.com.
Other terms
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
